The west used to be wet. With centuries of human intervention, it is now an entirely different landscape. Since the Industrial Revolution, we’ve lost over half of the wetlands, meadows, and grasslands that once painted the country. Lost Meadow Studios is a conservation film, photography, and writing project that aims to highlight these disappearing landscapes, what that means for wildlife, and the new revolution that is beginning. One of rewilding, hope, stories of resilience, and the fight for change.
